The service

Jordan helps you find job openings, researches the public professional background of the people hiring for them, generates tailored application materials with AI, and tracks your applications. Jordan does not guarantee interviews or employment.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself.
• Review every resume and cover letter before you submit it. AI-generated content can contain mistakes, and you are responsible for what you send to employers.
• Use Jordan only for your own job search and in line with employers’ application terms.
• Use stakeholder investigations only to prepare your own application. Contact people professionally and respectfully, and don’t use Jordan to harass, spam or track anyone.
• Investigation findings come from public sources and can be wrong or out of date. Verify before relying on them.
• When Jordan fills an application for you, you are responsible for reviewing every answer and for what you submit. Jordan only submits after your explicit confirmation.

Job listings

Listings come from employers’ public career pages. We don’t control them and can’t guarantee they are current or accurate.

Plans

Free and paid plans include monthly usage limits shown in the app. We may change plans with notice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
